We want to thank everyone who made it out to our show at Newbury Comics yesterday afternoon. You were all so nice, and we had a great time. We’ll see you again when we play the Orpheum on December 6th.

Thanks so much to all those who came to our in-store at the Virgin Megastore in Anaheim/Orange last night. The PA had disagreements with us, but we’re glad everything worked out. It was lovely meeting you all.

good afternoon,

We just want to remind everyone about our bike ride/video shoot for our song “Gasoline” this Friday. Also, the meeting place has changed (slightly), as we had the wrong Pioneer Chicken in mind. Now, we’re meeting at the Pioneer Chicken at 1321 Echo Park Ave., just above Sunset. (Click on the address to see a map.)

We’d love for you to come join us. Here’s all the info (again):

where:
Meet at the Pioneer Chicken on Echo Park Ave. just north of Sunset. (1321 Echo Park Ave.)

what:
a late-night bike ride around Silver Lake, Glendale and Los Feliz. The 7-mile ride will be filmed at different points for a music video that promotes bicycle culture. The song for which the video is intended is called “Gasoline.” Yep.

Spoke cards for everyone who participates. CDs for the first lot to arrive on bicycles. Drinks after.

Bring water and lights for you/your bike (feel free to get creative with your lights!).

The route will begin with a short jaunt along Sunset Boulevard, turns left up Silver Lake Boulevard for a scenic ride past the Reservoir, then turns right on Glendale to cross the LA River on Fletcher. We’ll go north along San Fernando Road for a sampling of urban blight, then cross the LA River again on Los Feliz, turning left on Riverside to link back up with Glendale Blvd.
