Here’s the brand-new video for our song “All I Ever Wanted,” directed by Jon Danovic, and featuring Jesse Hoy and Nora Kirkpatrick. The video, like the song, is loosely based on the short story “The Hitchhiking Game” by Milan Kundera.

The video is a loose retelling of the short story “The Hitchhiking Game” by Milan Kundera. It was shot in the hills in the middle of nowhere, north of L.A. We’re indebted to the very talented actors Jesse Hoy and Nora Kirkpatrick. Here’s a sneak peek:
We’ll be DJ-ing an afterparty for our concert at the Fillmore in San Francisco this Tuesday, October 18, upstairs in the venue’s “Poster Room.” If you want to hang out after the show, you can win tickets and/or passes to the afterparty from Live 105 and SF Weekly.
We’re very excited to announce that we’ve added Built to Spill to the opening lineup on the main stage of our LA 101 show at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles on October 23. It really is an honor to be sharing the stage with a band we’ve loved and respected for so many years.
Also, rumor has it that we will be playing with a full orchestra..
Rounding out the opening lineup: Tokyo Police Club and Delta Spirit. Seriously, we can’t wait.

We are damn thrilled to announce that Tokyo Police Club and Delta Spirit will be joining us on the main stage at our LA 101 show at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles on October 23. These are two of our favorite bands, likely, two of your favorite bands also. What a night. We can’t wait.
