I bought tickets off the pre-sale site for the toronto show (http://tix.concertmaps.com/airbornetoxicevent/) and got a confirmation number, but I never received the tickets. This was over a month ago...
My credit card has been charged - anyone know who I can contact about the tickets I didn't receive??
yeah, the tickets should get there a week before the concert. I've ordered tickets a couple times from concertmaps and I always have received my tickets, you shoudnt worry. You can call them at 212-420-8080, they most likely wont answer and you'll have to leave a message.
Got my tickets for LA show yesterday, so you should be getting yours soon!
Concertmaps doesn't do tickets that way in advance like Ticketmaster/LiveNation. I got worried about the New York show last week; but, I called them and was told they are in printing as we speak, expect them in two days - sure enough, they were.
For the DC show I had to call to ask when the tix would be mailed. They said "you know those tickets are will call, don't you?" Um, no, I entered a shipping address and paid a delivery fee, and my receipt says "You should receive your tickets at least one week prior to the event." The tix did prove to be will call. So some shows have only will call tickets, despite what your receipt might suggest.
