They played Echo Park! Hope it stays on their setlist. Does anyone have video of this night?
Yeah, Mikel said it was the first time they had played Echo Park in almost two years. I think I was the only one in the crowd who knew the words to that one.
I looked on youtube and found a few videos, but not Echo Park. The quality of this one is not very good because there was so much jumping around when Mikel went into the crowd. It gives you a sense of the energy of the encore, plus you can see my girlfriend jumping next to Mikel about 33 seconds in. She's the cute girl with glasses to his right.
The first date of the LA Origins tour Henryr310 and I were there for soundcheck and we asked for that song. They tried to play it but it'd been so long they couldn't remember it, lol. Maybe we inspired them to dust it off!

Wow, go Mikel! Every single photo, video and gig report I see makes me want them to come back even more! I shall wait patiently for news though ;-)
