What show did you pre-order your tickets for? And I believe everyone got emails with download links already. Have you checked your spam or junk folders? If you still haven't gotten anything, send me a PM with the details of the ticket order and album order and I'll check into it for you.

If you bought the tickets through the website here, I'm 99% sure they are will call but I'm still looking into it. Also looking into your download. Do me a favor: can you log into your account with the store and copy and paste the details of your order and PM them to me? Thanks.
Gus - I had problems with my order as well.. I had to harass Pete for 2 days before he sent me the download code. At least we can listen to it online, but it's nice to be able to take it to go on the train/car/wherever you go!
