My husband and I missed your show in St. Pete so when we found out you were playing in Louisville we made arrangements to be there. Absolutely wonderful. Have to say I’m glad I missed St. Pete because watching you play with the Orchestra was amazing. One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to and I have been to many. Thank you!!!!

Loved the Louisville show. The last time I saw a rock band with an orchestra was Emerson Lake and Palmer many years ago. We drove down from Cincinnati. TATE played here a few months ago at the Mad Hatter – small venue with just a couple hundred people. Two very different, but equally amazing experiences.

Thanks for the GREAT news. I’ve been kicking myself all week that I didn’t break the house rules and record the whole show with the Louisville Orchestra. I managed to capture about 3 minutes of Innocence on video and have been listening to it multiple times every day.

The show from the sony disney theatre in LA is going to be released sometime in april–similiar format to the louisville concert. Hope that helps wet the appetite a bit.

What a beautiful performance with the LO! If it was recorded, I’d buy it. I wanted to bring my children, but was worried about the f word-I loved that you changed it for the show. Too bad it’s on the CD-my kids cannot listen to it. Otherwise you’d have four up and coming new fans! Very classy performance-you all are great!

We drove over 400 miles to see the band and it was worth every mile driving through the snow. It takes a lot of guts for a band to play with 65 very talented and classically trained musicians and TATE pulled it off. Calexico was tremendous as well. Their singer is the real deal.

Had drinks with the the band after the show and they truly are down to earth, humble and genuinely nice people – especially Darren. Really sweet guy. Their manager, Pete Galli, is a great guy who truly loves what he does and thinks TATE walks on water – they do!! Mikel, one of these shows I hope to be able to articulate why you appeal to an old guy like me

I talked with the Louisville Orchestra and the conductor today and both say that no recording was made of the concert, which completely sucks. Something that awesome should be released for all to enjoy. The one thing I can’t figure out is if they had a video feed for the giant TVs by the stage, why doesn’t something remain on tape? It’s not like they couldn’t have taped that feed.

What a show! One of the best I’ve seen. My wife and I drove from Westerville, OH. The sound with the orchestra was like a firework show for the ears. amazing stuff. Thanks for putting on such a great experience for us.

Drove down from Chicago for the concert – this was an amazing event and probably one of the best concerts I have ever attended. Both bands sounded awesome with the orchestra and I hope that someday these performances released.

Last night, I took my 12-year old son to the Louisville show. It was his first “rock” concert. We really enjoyed ourselves. The orchestra with the band worked really well. The arrranger deserves a lot of credit for her/his efforts. Also, Calexico was really, really good.

they should make recordings, like a dvd or something, from that performance with the orchestra, I’m sure a lot of people would buy it and love it and cherish it (I would ^^)
