I like how people are upset at the band for not haphazardly canceling a show before they had to.

It must be a major inconvenience to…not have to go anywhere…at the last minute, huh?

Hey Mikel, hope you are soon feeling better. I’m sure you hate to disappoint the fans but you must look after your voice, we need it!!! You just work so hard. Now,(being totally selfish)any chance of an extra gig in Manchester, or anywhere in the north west of England! Yes. Much agreed that the Ogden is a way worse venue than the Bluebird. I almost don’t want to go now.

Since it looks like the HCPeople are engaged when you return, you’ll be looking for a local band to open … I’d suggest The Kinetix, http://www.myspace.com/kinetixmusic or a band that really impressed me lately, Skyfox, http://www.myspace.com/skyfox .. give ‘em a spin while you recover! You’ll be surprised at the talent in Denver’s music circle.

Oh my gosh, I have never been so excited for a show to be postponed!! Our twins ended up with strep throat today, so my husband and I obviously decided that it was best skip the concert to stay home with the kids. I got home from the doctor at 4:00 and there it was in my inbox, the email from above, stating the concert would be held on April 15th. We’re so excited we still get the opportunity to see TATE.
